Refund Policy
At Bytos, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To qualify, requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at support@bytos.com. Provide your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return procedure.
3. Refund Approval Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items Perishable goods and items marked as final sale cannot be refunded. Opened or consumed food products are not eligible.
5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, contact us.
6. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
7. Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement free of charge.
